I Like To Move It, Move It

Truth is that I like to move it but only if necessary.

Or at a party…

My body needs to move.

If It doesn’t I feel tired, no energy.

Yesterday, when I got home, I was exhausted but not from exercising.

A bunch of stressing calls took a toll on me.

That kind of calls, the ones you have to put some limits.

– I don’t know how to open a Supra lockbox.

Well ask your broker my friend…

Or
-Can you please show the house to my client? I am at work and I can’t go.

What???

Is showing the house not your work as an agent?

My high pressure valve was about to go off and did not do any exercise during the week.

What can I do to “Move It”?, I thought.

Some Google Play research got me to the 7-Minute Workout app.

7 Minutes, ugh, not that much. I like it.

App downloaded, 30 day challenge, Start….

First, Jumping Jacks, Abdominal Crunch, Planks, Push ups, etc…

They lie, it is not 7, it takes 8 because you rest 15 secs between exercises.

But, boy. My heart was pounding. My muscles warm.

I was excited, I did my workout and better yet,

I beat my want to get a beer and just sit on the couch watching TV.
